We sell farm-fresh vegetables, spices and groceries in Bangladesh, and we take your privacy seriously.

We do not ask for information we do not need.

• Process, pack and deliver your orders, and contact you about them.
• Provide customer support and handle returns or refunds.
• Send order updates, and offers or news if you agree to receive them.
• Improve our website, products and prices.
• Prevent fraud and keep the site safe.

If you pay online, your payment is handled by the payment provider, not by us.

• We do not store your full card number, PIN or mobile wallet password.
• We only keep a record that your payment was made and its status.
• Never share your PIN or OTP with anyone, including us.

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures.

• Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Access to customer data is limited to people who need it.
• We use trusted, secure services to store data.

No system is 100% secure. If a data breach affects you, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
