These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from TazaaMart.

We sell farm-fresh vegetables, spices and groceries in Bangladesh.

• Using the site means you accept these terms.
• If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
• We may update the terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

You may need an account to place orders.

• Give us correct name, phone number and address.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a guardian's permission.

We try to show accurate photos, descriptions and weights.

Since these are fresh products, colour, size and shape can vary slightly from the photo.

• Stock can run out. We will tell you if an item in your order is unavailable.
• Weights are approximate for loose items and may differ a little.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Fresh produce prices can change with the market.
• The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery.

Your order is confirmed only after we accept it and send a confirmation.

• We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable or the details look wrong.
• If you are charged for a cancelled order, we will refund you.

We deliver to the areas shown at checkout.

• Delivery time is an estimate. Weather and traffic can cause delays.
• Please keep your phone on so our rider can reach you.
• Check your items at the time of delivery.

Fresh food is sensitive, so please check your order when you receive it.

• If an item is damaged, spoiled or wrong, contact us as soon as possible with a photo.
• After checking, we will replace the item or refund the amount.
• We cannot accept returns for items that were spoiled by storage after delivery.

The TazaaMart name, logo, photos and text belong to us.

Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

We collect only what we need to process your order and improve our service.

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or available.

To the extent allowed by law, TazaaMart is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute will first be handled through friendly discussion, and then through the proper courts of Bangladesh.
